hmmmm i guess this is what i get from not covering my nose while doing cleaning yesterday morning...
yeap asthma attack, lucky im at home in KB and most of my medical records is at Suri Seri Begawan Hospital, my sister drove me to the hospital and they give my nebulizer and then the doctor prescribe me with puffer blue and dark brown and 1 day MC coz he want to review me later this morning, but still i have to go up Bandar to my work place coz i need to hand over my MC to my supervisor and drive back home...
and i cant sleep....
